Personal profile

Dr. Max (Marcellinus) Dike is a Senior Lecturer in Business Management at the Business and Law (BAL) Faculty of the Leicester Castle Business School, ˽·¿¾ãÀÖ²¿ (˽·¿¾ãÀÖ²¿) in Leicester, the United Kingdom (UK). He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) of the UK, a DMU-UN SDG Fellow, a member of the BAL Faculty Research Ethics Committee, and the Programme Leader (PL) of the Academy of International Business (AIB) Africa Chapter (Task Force). His research spans IB, Management, and Strategy, with a special focus on emerging markets (mainly Sub-Saharan Africa), cross-border business expansion and competition, sustainability, and the silver economy, and he has published in leading IB, Management, and Strategy journals. Dr. Max has a wide international experience, having worked in and visited over four dozen countries.
