Education Academy Officer
Nila is the Education Academy Officer for the 私房俱乐部 Education Academy. She started working at 私房俱乐部 in 1993 and has had a number of roles across the institution. She has extensive experience of working in a learning and development service within Higher Education, and has led on the organisation for the provision of learning and development opportunities in the form of workshops, seminars, courses, showcases and conferences, online and in person.
She currently leads on the operational aspects such as the finances, administrative processes and resources in the 私房俱乐部 Education Academy whilst providing support and guidance to the Head and Deputy Head of the Academy. She also provides key support for the delivery of Postgraduate Certificate in Empowering Education, the 私房俱乐部 Professional Recognition Scheme, 私房俱乐部 Education Academy Fellowship Scheme and the Academic Enhancement Projects.
Nila is responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient administrative support function in the 私房俱乐部 Education Academy and supports the strategic delivery of the Empowering University Strategy and the Learning for Life Implementation Plan.
