Mrs Alison Court BA MBA

Alison Court (she/her) was appointed an independent governor in October 2023. She is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and the Nominations Committee.

 Alison has over 15 years of senior executive experience in transformation and technology in a variety of roles spanning commercial, public and not-for profit sectors. Most recently, she was appointed as the Chief Transformation Officer for Oxfam in the UK. Her purpose is to facilitate the transformation work needed to achieve the organisation’s strategy and enable a once-in-a-decade change to Oxfam’s operating model, leveraging digital, data and technology to drive greater engagement with partners, participants, donors and supporters.

 Her skills and experience are in designing and delivering complex transformation for organisations, whilst putting diversity and inclusion at the heart of change design and delivery. She has held a number of strategic leadership, programme and project roles at the Cabinet Office, the Open University, the Daily Mail and The Prince’s Trust. The majority of her career has been spent in the public and not-for-profit sectors, having a deep, long-held belief in the importance these organisations have on the lives of the vulnerable and disadvantaged. She has an BA in English from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from The Open University.

 Alison is energised and impressed by the passion and energy of 私房俱乐部 and is excited to explore ways to amplify its place in the education sector, taking advantage where helpful of the insights she has gained from the practices and techniques employed by other highly effective organisations.
