Grounded Men has been created specifically for global majority men (including African, Asian, Indigenous, Latin American, or mixed heritage backgrounds male students) at our university. We know that men from these backgrounds often face unique challenges and are less likely to access mental health services. Grounded Men aims to bridge that gap by offering a safe, supportive space where you can connect with others, share experiences, and build a sense of belonging.
Whether you are looking for peer connection, a place to talk openly, or simply a community where you feel understood, Grounded Men is here for you
