Airport pickups

We are providing a complimentary airport pickup service on Wednesday 15th April for students joining Postgraduate courses that start on Monday 20th April. Pickups will be followed by Faculty Inductions and a Welcome programme on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th April.

We can accept online bookings from students whose flights are scheduled to arrive up to 15.00 on Wednesday 15th April; if your flight arrives later than this, please email us at arrivals@dmu.ac.uk and we'll be happy to discuss this with you. Online bookings for this pickup will close on Monday 13th April.

When you make your booking, you will be asked to confirm that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of the service.

Luggage allowance - There will be limited luggage space and for practical reasons we operate a luggage policy. You are welcome to bring with you -

EITHER one large item (maximum size 75cm x 50cm x 32cm) OR two medium items (maxiumum size of each 70cm x 45cm x 30cm).

In addition to this you are welcome to bring hand luggage (cabin baggage).

After receiving your booking we will email you with confirmation of your booking. If you do not see our email, please add arrivals@dmu.ac.uk to your email address book and check your spam or junk folder.
