Development opportunities

Colleagues are given regular appraisals with their line manager, which are stored and updated as part of the suite of tools in the 私房俱乐部hub digital workplace. To support this, there are many Learning and Development opportunities available for staff to grow their career and boost personal prospects.

For academics these include: The Open Programme of Academic Professional Development workshops, including routes to reward and recognition such as Advance HE Fellowships and the 私房俱乐部 Teacher Fellowship scheme; the Post-Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP); the Programme Leader Development Framework (PLDF); the annual Learning and Teaching Conference, and the Academic Innovation Project (AIP) fund.
